Qualifications / Background
Marco is a highly experienced real estate professional who always goes above
and beyond to satisfied clients. He gives maximum effort to achieve his clients’
target. Full Professional Proficiency of English & Spanish.
He relocated to Arizona in 1997 from Los Angeles, California. When he arrived
in Arizona he worked for almost nine (9) years with JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA
as a Licensed Personal Banker holding licenses as SEC Series 6, NASD Series
63 and Arizona Life & Health Insurance.
In 2005 Marco found his passion in Commercial Real Estate, helping clients and
has been very successfully developing client’s relationships since then. Marco
has represented several clients from: Landlords, owners, tenants, & buyers in
the areas of Retail, Office, Land & Industrial Real Estate with great satisfaction.
Education
Marco has graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration in July 2011. He uses his degree to develop
better client’s relationships & better communities in the State of Arizona, so
people can have a better life.
Accomplishments
He is a member candidate of the prestigious CCIM Institute since 2007 (a
designation which is held by only 3% of the commercial real estate brokers in
the world), He was a Board Member of the CCIM Central Arizona
Chapter, a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR), a member of
Scottsdale Area Commercial Group, a member of the West Valley Commercial
Real Estate Group, Master of Real Estate Society (MRE), and a member of the
University of Phoenix Alumni.
